Two children, both girls, have been burnt to death in a candle-lit structure they slept near the Champion Divine Clinic at Tantra Hill, Accra after a major power outage late Tuesday.
The 26-year-old mother of the kids aged of two and four, left them in the locked kiosk with the lit candle to visit her boyfriend.
The candle apparently lighted up other items in the kiosk causing the fire and resulting in the tragic death of the two siblibngs.
