PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY:
My name is Wendy Ekua Quansah---ΔΣΘ in Christ. I am currently a rising Senior at Seton Hall University on a full-tuition Dr. Martin Luther King Scholarship pursuing a B.A. in the English Honors program as well as a Business Administration minor.

In addition to my academic studies, I am actively seeking a career within the media industry and since have interned with notable media outlets including WBGO Jazz.88 FM where I interviewed the 4th season Apprentice winner Randal Pinkett and served as a hostess for Governor Chris Christie during the gubernatorial debate. At Government Access Newark Television Channel 78, I hosted the 2010 Newark Municipal Elections for three hours live and worked with the production team during Mayor Cory Booker's State of the City Address. Most recent, I interned at WABC-TV Channel 7 in their Community Affairs Department. I updated the community calendar, found exciting weekend events and wrote copies for their weekend on-air talents, as well as worked alongside talents such as meteorologist Lee Goldberg for public service tapping's.

Wendy Ekua Quansah as "Wendiana" Jones takes on an adventure of a lifetime. From the suburbs of Princeton, New Jersey to the motherland of Ghana (West Africa), Wendiana Jones faces the realities of a cultural differences. In a comically educational adventure, follow Wendiana as she confronts Ghanaian weather, work environment, clothing, dishes, social life and more.

PROGRAM MESSAGE/GOAL:
Wendiana Jones’ objective is to challenge perspective and unfold the truths about culture and identity. This special will shed light on controversial topics and spark conversations related to ethnicity but not limited, in effort to provide tools for cultural advancement and identity development of individuals and organizations throughout the world.
